The "people" already decide enough in this country and decide more than the Framers intended. The People have a forum for their direct representation, the House of Representatives. The People have an indirect say in electing their chief executive. The People have also usurped the forum that was previously allocated to the States, the Senate. The People don't need another forum to vote on. The States need their forum back and we need to restore the Courts back to their proper role of not deciding the culture wars and restore the Senate to the States.
