  3. Run the ball against their front. Aranda called TCU’s D-line the best they have faced. Still need balance after the ASU explosion.
  4. Finish drives and finish the game. Last two Waco meetings ended on walk-off field goals (one each way). Do not leave it in the hands of the kickers.
  5. Keep the scoring defense intact. Five straight opponents held to 20 or fewer. TCU is only allowing 13.4 points per game.

It's almost impossible to believe how different this defense is from last year. We are in the backfield so much. Love seeing it.

we're lucky that we're only trailing one point. If at any point our quarterback was 10 - 24 in passing at halftime last year, the game would have been more like 24 -6

I'm not sure who sucks more: Lagway or our offensive line. Either way, our offense is horrible.

These are the types of games TCU plays. They did it against UNC, UCF and BYU. The good news is they lost all of those games.

If you're going to beat them, you're going to have to do it ugly because they are legitimately very good defensively.

BYU leading ND and FSU tied up with Miami in their rivalry.

Highly unlikely...but there is a chance today that the teams ranked 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 all lose on the same day.

Lagway is erratic, but it's not all his fault. This is the worst running game we've had since 2017 or 2020.

I was about to post that for the first time in many many years the Frog Band didn't appear to have a fancy boy in their flag and twirler corps, but I spotted one as they were leaving the field.

Not that I like to… But some credit has to go to that TCU defense. They have the #8 Scoring Defense in the country averaging giving up only 13.4 points a game.

This is going to be an ugly slug fest until the last second ticks off the clock I think. We have got to not make any turnovers and stay disciplined.

He's really not an accurate passer for the most part either, outside of a couple pretty good throws

Is think NIL and lack of transfer rules have spread talent across a lot of rosters. Once upon a time Derrick Henry was a backup RB at Alabama. Guys like that can now get dollars and a starting spot. Widespread talent seems to be leading to more interesting Saturdays!

The problem is not that Lagway is holding the ball this game. The receivers are covered and he is being smart.

The problem is it took him and the center too long to calm down their nerves.

Our inability to run is the biggest issue. And I'm a little surprised we haven't designed anything for Lagway yet
