Wilson is a lean safety with outstanding length and average playing speed. He's a downhill run-stopper who plays with an edge and flashes good stopping power, but his angles are inconsistent, and he fails to wrap up at times. He's more effective in zone than he is in man. He tracks the ball well and flashes above-average ball skills.

Cowboys selected Ohio State RB Mike Weber with the No. 218 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Weber (5'10/211) turned pro as a true junior after logging a career 455/2,676/24 (5.88 YPC) rushing line with 54/297/1 (5.5 YPR) receiving over three years in Columbus. He ran 4.47 at the Combine but didn't show high-end speed on game tape and largely got what was blocked open for him by the Buckeyes' line. PFF College credited Weber with a below-par 3.2 yards after contact per rushing attempt in 2018. An ordinary talent with limited pass-catching production, Weber's probable ceiling is Ito Smith. He will compete with fellow draft pick Trey Pollard (fourth round) for a role behind Ezekiel Elliott.
