One in an occasional series on Cowboys' first-round picks: Draft Texas' Kelvin Banks Jr. at left tackle, move Tyler Guyton to RT, the position he played at TCU and Oklahoma, and slide Terence Steele inside to RG to take the place of (a potentially retiring) Zack Martin. Steele's not a great pass protector, but his run-blocking prowess, according to Pro Football Focus, makes him a natural guard.

This has some value. I played LT and RT at times in HS. Always better at RT as my left movement is so bad. However right is very strong. Experienced that in martial arts, dancing and anything else I had to lead with my left.

It would be a coveted position if the HC weren't Jerry Jones. What needs to happen is everyone he's interested in to say, "Thanks, but no way am I even talking with you."

Agree...hopefully people are smart enough to realize he was dealing with as much of a MASH unit as Zim was here with the injuries. The fact he played for Zim gives me some hope that Zim might actually stay and allow for us to concentrate on a solid OC hire.
