I love when BtB does snap breakdowns like this...in this case for special teams which gives you some insight as to who among the second tier players is making a case to hang on the roster. The snaps for both Bo Scarborough and Darius Jackson are eye opening. It would be really nice if Rico had some snaps here as he is the only TE that didn't have any.

good. These are a pain, but you can play through it. Good chance it will bother him the rest of his life (speaking from personal experience - as I type with a severely bone bruised left hand from the mid 70s).

Also, depends on how the helmet hit his knee and where the bruise is.

Something to think about, whether we bring in George I or Earl, it not only potentially upgrades the starters, it adds needed depth. Additionally, it allows us the flexibility to use Woods in the slot more like last year, which given how Anthony Brown and Jourdan Lewis are playing right now might just be needed.

Cowboys SS Xavier Woods is in danger of missing Week 1 with a hamstring injury.
It sounds like a severe strain. Woods was one of Dallas' bright spots in the secondary last season, earning significant snaps at safety and sometimes slot corner. He was a sixth-round pick out of Louisiana Tech in the 2017 draft.
