I don't think I need to explain where Temple football was..a program that has been kicked out of Big East for being non competitive. In 2 years he had them winning 10 games and.in the AAC championship.
And you know how toxic our situation was. What the hell do you think his record should be? People have taken over better situations than him and have worse records.
That is what he wants. There is no downside to Temple or Baylor, or Nebraska at this point. Any improvements are seem as him. That is the game plan.
I have the same issue with Rhule that I gave at Urban Meyer. They approach the game like a hedge fund. They look for rosters ready to take off, swoop in put 1 to 3 years in and sell. Nebraska is going to win in the next 3 years whether it is Rhule or someone else. There is enough on the roster and the schedule works. BU and Temple were similar. Not much different than Urban with BG, Utah, UF, OSU. Then they take credit for what others started.
Very shrewd, smart and leaves me with a bad taste. Probably jealous because they have balls to actually do it.
