Yeah, you can't do that. Make a freshman quarterback prove he can complete that pass. But committing a PI in that situation is inexcusable.

I predicted this to be a blow out before the game just like everybody else.

The difference is y'all are moaning about apparently ridiculous expectations in the face of a blowout.

Finn is throwing terribly. The OL is costing us the game. The D has blown some huge plays--but has otherwise looked decent. Literally none of that was unexpected.

All I'm saying is game 2 against the top of the conference is not a world ender when you were EXPECTED to be blown out anyway.


I think Finn being a horrible passer is the big deflating part of this. Him coming to us as a transfer gave some of us a glimmer of hope we could have a semi-productive offense again. I had no idea he would look this bad.

The OL sucks and that's definitely part of the problem....but on the few open looks he's had he's not been even close. So bad.

The fact that this is where we are in Year 5 is completely and utterly inexcusable. Our expectations going into this game weren't based on the depths to which Aranda has taken us. They were based on what should be acceptable in our program for a fifth-year coach.

The Aranda experiment was a failure. It's well past time to move on.

Explosive, I tell you. Downright explosive. But they are playing for the field goal before halftime so I suppose 26-0 won't look quite as bad as 30-0.

I thought the D showed some life. The rest of the B12 identified a couple of players to take in the off season.

this is a coaching problem again

it took me 1 minute to find his highlights on youtube. 90% are runs. if he had the throwing highlights they'd be here. dudes a runner being asked to throw. that's not a dequan issue...that's a coaching/play-calling issue.
