I think his poorest quality is motivating teams to play a football game.

His teams look like they've been preparing all week for a bakeoff.


I think he can evaluate but he can't close. Who would want to play for him. His demeanor is totally opposite of what these kids have played for their whole life.

I know there probably isn't a player on this roster with enough credibility. But I wish one of them would really lay into the other players and challenge Dave to step the hell up.

21' only worked bc there was great experienced talent that was extremely self driven.

This is on Mack. He through all the money at this program to cover up the the disaster we had. You can only do it so much before it catches up to you. What school pays for a defensive coordinator only to have the head coach run the defense?
