He has a better offensive system and gets to face easier defenses plus he will be healthier & have more experience. Dj will be a bright spot this fall. Im more worried about the defense.

I thought that if a player enters the transfer portal but isn't picked up by a team when the window closes and are without a team are still basically free agents and can be signed at any time?
