Glad smart Linda didn't make a run at UNT coach and AD. Would've been awful for Baylor's recruiting.

Good. Let's end his season on week one.

Amazing that all our team transfers to SEC schools.
I guess we were talented.
It hasn't been good. While we've snagged two or three players that I would call 'decent', the rest have been guys that were hurt for like an entire season and only have a few snaps of playing time, or dudes that were alright starters in the Sunbelt that we're hoping are going to turn into something behind our offensive line coach that was a basically an intern last year. When we struggle to beat Louisiana Tech, people will get itIowaBear said:
How's Dave's portal haul? From what I've seen it's on par with what you'd see at Arkansas…. state

Yep. People don't get that he was hurt basically all year. When healthy, he is by far our best running back. I feel better about our running back position more than others, but still a huge loss
Louisville transfer Corey Gordon has committed to Kansas, per an ESPN source. He's a veteran safety who had 53 tackles last year and led Baylor in interceptions in 2024. He's played in 38 games as he enters his final year of eligibility. pic.twitter.com/qA79nqWyiE

I'm of the camp that thinks Bryson got messed up bad since the LSU game. And I'm not sure he's going to be able to be healthy long moving forward. I feel bad for the guy but he reminds me of Brewer. Probably needs to hang it up sooner than later, but he has to get as much dough as he can in the meantime

If Jackson Arnold plays against us, he may run for 200.

Thank you. I did not realize he moved on.
That means whoever their new Qb is will run for 200 on us.

My least favorite thing about the NFL is free agency, but the only alternative to free agency is to let the owners control the market. So I decided to be OK with it so long as it had some kind of boundaries. At least you could get behind some players, and "franchise" others. There was some kind of plan to try to maintain a semblance of a "team."
What's going on in College athletics now is just stupid and makes it very hard to be a fan.

It's beyond dumb. As a big college football fan it's so damn disappointing what's become of the game.
Unfortunately....revenue and ratings continue to go up... so I don't really see any incentive for them to fix the issues.
