That was a blatant moving screen. She not only is moving her feet, she also throws her arms. Absolutely the right call.
As Geno said, you could make that call on just about every possession but they didn't. They waited until there were 3.9 seconds left in the game with UConn down by 1 and with the ball. Very inconsequential contact. We saw it differently.

Actually, they called Edwards herself three times for moving screens. So no they didn't wait. They made it clear it wasn't allowed. She never adjusted.

Moving screens are tough to call because so much is going on that the refs have to watch. Generally, they get called when they are very obvious.
