I've watched all four films. Took two hours to back them up, re-run them, stop in place, repeat as necessary to make sure I understood exactly what was happening. This was murder, plain and simple, and entirely avoidable.

90% of the people on this forum, haven't watched the videos, maybe more, or they wouldn't be saying the assinine **** they're saying.

This is a Warren-T Rat moment: "who you gonna believe, me or your own eyes?' You guys are choosing to believe the bull**** and refusing to open your own eyes.

That's a straight lie that's easily refuted by video. SHE HIT THE ICE AGENT BEFORE SHE WAS SHOT. You're simply lying.

Except the video doesn't refute it. Its hard to tell, but you would have us beleive that two officers who were not hit by an SUV slipped on the street but the guy who was hit didn't even budge?

Deny this;

I don't see the contact in the second angle. But even if she grazed him, it happened bcause ICE did awful police work. First, they should have just driven around her as she invited them to do. Second, they should not have rushed her car or cursed at her. Third, the shooter should never have been in front of the car in the first place.

You don't see his leg being hit? No, you don't WANT to see it. It's right in front of your face.

It's not as obvious as you think, but watching it again, yes the second angle looks like she grazed him. Which changes nothing, He should not have been there, Sshe likely did not see him, and teh whole thing would have been avoided if ICE had simpley driven around her, whihc they had ample space, opportunity and an invitation to do.

She was chasing and harassing ICE agents who were enforcing the law. ICE had every right to detain her. She had no right to run. She had no right to hit the agent with her vehicle.

"She was chasing and harassing ICE agents who were enforcing the law"-source? Becuase the video shows her asking them to drive around her.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.

LOL.

She has far more credibility than you do.

Secretary Noem's comments yesterday were that the ICE vehicle was stuck in the snow and that the victim tried to run them over while they were pushing the vehicle out of the snow. The Secreatry's version of events is completely divorced from the video. She got awful information and ran with it (BTW, Tom Homan rightly criticized her for doing so). She has no credibility.

Here is what Kristi Noem actually said, in her own words, unedited with audible questions from reporters.

Yes, the one she gave at the border right after it happened was not correct. The one she gave at the press conference, that I linked, fits what we see in the video.

Protest forming in downtown Philly. Great.

More power to the protesters, as long as they respect the law, which is to comply with LE and refrain from interfering with LE's work. If they don't, all bets are off. See "United States, Consitution of the."

They never do. They're already closing two major streets downtown which is a pain in the ass for the rest of us

The No Kings protest from this past summer resulted in many broken windows and cars. Wouldn't be surprised if this one follows suit

Specifically, when the victim first started to leave she wanted to turn left, which would be the opposite of "chasing ICE."

Also, I had not realized the shooter was filming the incident right before he drew his gun. WTH? Again, truly awful police work.

Finally, they synchronized the videos from front and back and concluded that the officer was not hit, even though it looked that way on the video filmed from the front.

So she was chasing themwhile she was parked and they were behind her. Sounds credible.

So in your mind there is no way to see ICE and pull down the street from where they stop, wait till they try to travel again and block them? THAT is what you cannot fathom? Jesus...

If that is what she was doing, why did she try to leave before they got to where she was and when she could not, waive them to go by.?

Why didn't she just obey the command and get out of the car? Had she done so she'd still be alive today - it isn't complicated.

Given ICE procedures, she also might have been dragged from the car, zip-tied and taken to an undisclosed detention center for several hours. How hard is it to understand that she panicked and that ICE's tactics caused that panic? Also, why would she need to get out of the car for a traffic problem? I have been pulled over a fair number of times for traffic violations, cops never ask me to get out.

When you were pulled over, I doubt you tried to flee the cops and were willing to run one over in the process of trying to escape.

We also do not see someone followng law enforcement training. The advancing officers were overly aggressive and wanted her out of the car for no apparent reason. They gave her zero time to comply with their orders before taking action. The shooter was taking cell phone footage and wandered in front of the vehicle, which is likely why he panicked and shot rather than just getting out of the way.

I do want to know why the car was parked as it was on the street and if the victim had interacted with ICE before the incident. But it is hard to imagine that she did so in a threatening way given how the agents conducted themselves.

Denying the facts you dislike doesn't make them disappear. We see someone attempt to murder an immigration officer after impeding their lawful duties and ignoring their lawful commands. Whatever ridiculous ideas about her fearing ICE too much to comply is dispelled by the fact she was previously harassing them. If she were just an innocent victim as you claim, she would have to be the dumbest human on earth.

The ICE tactics have been on display for months. She knew what was going to happen - tear gassed; hog tied; etc.

She purposely put herself in that situation. What makes you believe she panicked?

Deny this;

"We" don't see a domestic terrorist, an attempt to run over someone, or harrasment or impeding of ICE in the video. She was trying to leave the scene by turning left, opposite the way ICE was traveleing. When she could not, she waived ICE past her. Neithe rof those fit the desctiption Noem gives.

She didn't attempt to do anything other than get away from the masked, cursing man trying to get into her car.

Everyone keeps saying she was "harassing" ICE and impeding them-present tense. That is not what the video shows, although it suggests that she had impeded them--past tense. Which is why I would like some evidence of her prior activities. Actual evidence, not the conclusuions of the pathological liars who comprise our country's current leadership.

You don't like the facts so you attack the source. It's not clever, and it certainly doesn't lend your argument any credibility, so I am truly at a loss as to how a grown adult could allow themselves to believe an outright absurdity in the face of video evidence. Amazing "she wasn't present tense impeding them, she was just parked in the street blocking traffic because the patriarchy or something!"

Source?

The ICE tactics have been on display for months. She knew what was going to happen - tear gassed; hog tied; etc.

She purposely put herself in that situation. What makes you believe she panicked?

Soldiers who train for years for war panic when it happens. The people who knew her said she was not a regular protestor and she had started the morning as a regular morning. She has no known history of violence or confrontation.

At the point of the conflict, she was no longer impeding ICE. We have no evidence of what she was doing before the conflict other than her car being perpindicular in the road. That all suggests someone who got caught up, not somebody who had planned things out.

Maybe the evidence will say otherwise, but based on what we know today, the most reasonable explanation is panic.

Source? There are a ton of eye witnesses.

Frank Galvin ----- "We" don't see a domestic terrorist, an attempt to run over someone, or harrasment or impeding of ICE in the video. She was trying to leave the scene by turning left, opposite the way ICE was traveleing. When she could not, she waived ICE past her. Neithe rof those fit the desctiption Noem gives.

These are the facts.
1. If the officer had time to draw his weapon, aim, and fire three shots, he had time to get out of the way.
2. If, in fact, the woman was trying to run him over, given his proximity to the vehicle, nothing he could have done would have stopped a vehicle in forward motion from running over him.
He was never in any danger, as she was clearly just trying to leave the area.

Renee Nicole Good, the woman killed by a federal immigration agent in Minneapolis on Wednesday, and portrayed by the Trump administration as a "domestic terrorist", was an "affectionate" mother of three children who had recently moved to Minnesota, and had won an award for poetry.
"Renee was one of the kindest people I've ever known," her mother, Donna Ganger, told the Minnesota Star Tribune.

"She was extremely compassionate. She's taken care of people all her life. She was loving, forgiving and affectionate. She was an amazing human being."

She wasn't taking care of her 6 year old son by engaging in a lesbian relationship. With the death of the father, that child desperately needed a fatherly influence in his life not exposed to an alternative lifestyle. She opted to put her own carnal desires ahead of what is best for the child. Then, she appears to have allowed her lesbian partner to influence her to go woke and protest ICE rather than thinking of her duty to her child. All this undermines the mom's claims where it seems she did not know her daughter had gone woke and activist.

And let's not forget after all those bad decisions, we are here because she then chooses to make yet another by trying to flee the federal officers who detained her and willfully hit one with her vehicle in the process. Where was her compassion for the federal officers? She is not above the law.

None of us want to be treated the way ICE is treating people. The agency was better run and more effective a year ago with less funds.

None of us want to be a country where the government intentionally creates fear for its citizens. That's what we've become.

No, these are the facts:

1. The woman chose to interfere with law enforcement, repeatedly. Multiple witnesses even said she appeared to lead efforts to obstruct federal officers. This means she created the initial conditions and threat, not to her but to law enforcement;
2. The woman drove her car in a manner meant to confuse and intimidate law enforcement. This is from videos and again witness accounts, and further confirms that the danger was created by the woman's actions;
3. Immediately before the shots were fired, the woman drove in the direction of the officer, defying orders to stop. This constitutes assault with a deadly weapon, and authorizes deadly force by the officer. This is well-established law, and the haters of the cops are just lying to deny this;
4. The ironic thing about the liars claiming the officer 'could have just moved out of the way', is that they have to admit he was targeted by the woman, even if accidentally, and there was clear evidence of actual contact. The claim that even after being contacted by a woman's car who had clearly and deliberately defied law enforcement's orders, the officer should not defend himself from attack is absurd;
5. The post by Waco is a set of lies. The officer was in direct and constant danger from the woman, who chose to interfere and caused all of the consequence she brought on herself.
