This is my fear....that in Trump and Stephen Millers attempts to post big deportation numbers they are rushing to assemble a huge ICE army haphazardly.

This is causing them to be too reckless in hiring and training. Then you end up putting some people that are not properly trained or not the right people in these very high leverage and chaotic environments where the stakes could not be higher. It's a recipe for disaster.

These ICE agents have unbelievably challenging and difficult jobs that are made even tougher by the chaos being caused by protesters that are interjecting themselves in the way of agents attempting to lawfully carry out their duty.

It's a total powder keg. You've got to have highly skilled and trained agents to keep everyone...including themselves...safe in these situations.

I don't think you actually care about these things since we have been over them before.

1. They are allowed by Federal regulations to wear masks during operations since their lives are often at risk. Especially for the protection of their families and children

2. They do show identification.

[Federal regulation (8 C.F.R. 287.8(c)) requires ICE agents to identify themselves as immigration officers when making arrests, as soon as it is "practical and safe" to do so. Agents show badges and credentials upon request]

3. Those illegal migrants they are arresting have had due process and are subject to final deportation orders.

4. They do have warrants. [Administrative Warrants: ICE commonly uses administrative warrants (Forms I-200 or I-205) for arrests, which are authorized under Section 287 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.]

By legal Federal law ICE agents only need administrative warrants (not judicial ones) for public area arrests

This all started when Trump listened to nationwide voters and promised not only to secure the borders but deport the illegals.

The Left figured out they could not stop securing the border, but have since doubled down on demonizing law enforcement and lying about the illegals.

ICE is not doing anything to provoke the crisis. State officials in blue states are actively encouraging lunatic behavior by people who have no idea the danger they bring on themselves.

All of these unforced errors are going to have swing voters running to the Dems at midterms. All the Dems have to do right now is something they are well suited for...do nothing.

There no point in trying to debate anything with you, because you clearly exist within your own echo chamber where anything that might challenge your previously held beliefs is automatically called a lie and disregarded out of hand. If you don't have an issue with what's happening out there, that says far more negatively about you than it does about the people out there protesting it.

he was a licensed gun owner, whilst not something i would have done, he was legally allowed to own a gun and carry it with him, at no point did he take his gun out and aim it anyone, its just a convenient excuse to pin this act of excessive violence on him

I think Trump would enjoy broad support for shutting down the boarder and increasing deportations...but not with it going down like this.

"Confrontation" for doing what?

-filming the cops
-helping the women that ICE pushed down
-putting his arm up to deflect the pepper spray

he never touched an ICE agent until they decide to take him down for some stupid reason other than they lost their cool.

lol, victim blaming is where we're at here? the supposed pro-life, pro 2nd amendment party is at the point of saying if a guy brings a gun to a peaceful protest and gets in a scuffle with cops (one in which his Gun was never drawn), he deserves to be murdered?

A guy who was an ICU nurse and only had a Parking Ticket in his legal history deserves Death because he had a Gun on his person whilst getting arrested?

People defending this murder really need to take a long hard look at themselves, defending this act of Police Brutality is disgusting.

The problem with this? The video doesn't support what you're saying.

A video is now on Reddit and shows the grey coated officer clearly pulling the gun off of the back or side of his belt before the shots were fired, he is the only one that was going for the mans gun. The mans hands were both pinned to the ground.

It also shows very clearly, he was simply trying to cover the woman who was being assaulted, when he was slammed to the ground, beaten, assaulted, whipped with a cannister, pepper sprayed and then after his gun was ripped out of his belt, summarily executed.

On Reddit is called, "Footage of grey coat officer retrieving the gun."

Very clearly that ICE agent lost his cool with the whistling and women screaming at him and that's why he escalated by pepper spraying and taking the man down...totally unnecessary.
