At this point, it's just the law of numbers, even if most Ice agents are trying really hard to be good 99% of the time.

Question: have you watched the video from the various angles that have come out? It's plainly obvious that he's been disarmed by one of the several agents beating on him, after he's been pepper sprayed and pushed to the ground. One if the agents is running away from the scene with the victim's gun before the first shot is ever fired.

He was carrying a phone to record the officers. The gun was in the back of his belt and was removed by an officer while he was on the ground, before he was shot.

If stepping between an ICE agent who had just violently thrown a woman to the ground is "getting violent" to you, I don't know what to tell you. You're so desperate to lick law enforcement boots that you'll deny clear visual evidence of what happened. This was heinous.

The videos that ive seen, i see no gun (obviously not denying he had one, but he wasnt brandishing it around or pointing it at anyone, i dont think he he even had it in his hands, he was by all accounts a licensed Gun owner) when he was shot, he had both hands on the ground and no gun to be seen.

He was resisting arrest, sure, it looked, to me, like he was trying to help one of his companions who was also being arrested and then ICE decided to arrest him too. Nothing he did warranted being shot 10 times. In the videos ive seen, there was no cry of "hes got a gun" or any communication like that to imply that this guy had drawn his weapon. I dont know if the person who shot him just saw a holstered Gun and opened up or something like that, but either way, its yet another gross escalation of force committed by ICE even less excusable than the first killing they committed

My observation:
  • The guy is filming ICE
  • He stands in the street for a moment but does not impede ICE
  • He goes to comfort one woman who ICE had apparently assaulted, then the other woman that ICE pushed to the ground.
  • He gets pepper sprayed and puts his hand up to deflect it.
  • He tried to help the woman up off the ground.
  • As he is trying to help her up, ICE grabs him, he falls down. 3 ICE agents fall on top of him while slipping on the ice. Everybody in a scrum on the ground
  • Guy in black hat sees/hears gun and shoots victim a few seconds before the guy in the grey had disarmed him and was taking it to the car.
    • Whether when/if he pulled the gun will have to be a more detailed investigation.
    But I see no reason why the pepper sprayed him and should have just told him to stay on the sidewalk.
    Sadly the two women got ICE all riled up and they lost their temper and took it out on this guy.
