History tells us the default position is that GOP will lose one or both houses of Congress. Dems typically need a 3-4 percentage point polling advantage to be in position to win A majority of recent polls show they are at or beyond that margin. Some don't show that. At this moment in time, GOP is a position to be competitive, and the news cycle should be more favorable over time, as the economy responds to the BBB and the trade deals.

This poll shows Dems bleeding support from key constituencies versus 2024.

IF they were actually going to deport a couple million people then a few neo Bolshevik casualites should be expected. The problem is the trump admin doesnt have the stomach for the fight and wont finish the job. The deportation numbers are already low and the dems had planned this battle all along. I have no assiciates in the drug trade. It took several years to realize prohibition only created mobsters and made ordinary people criminals. Alcohol kills more Americans than all the illegal drugs you named put together. Fentanyl doesnt come to America through Venezuela. Trump was just looking for a way to get at oil.

Based on approximately 100,000 overdose related deaths in 2023 alone.

Even with access and supply to fentanyl and other toxic narcotics restricted by law.

I thought we dispelled the fiction that you are in any way conservative. You are no Reagan Republican. You've admitted you are socially liberal. Reagan was not socially liberal in the least.

Id define it as a fiscal conservative and social conservative, not socially liberal, as JR apparently defines it.
