Gonna try something different in the mid-terms. I refuse to vote for Talarico or Paxton. No way in Hell. To send a message, will vote for any Democrat candidate that has denounced Socialism.

In Trump's two years in office with a slim majority in both Houses, the Republicans have done absolutely nothing. (Other than maybe the "Big Beautiful Bill".) It is time to do something different. Need to put some guard rails up for Trump for the remainder of his term. He has inflicted great damage.

Rubber stamping horrible candidates just because they are in my tribe is bull$_hit. Not doing it anymore. If we have to tear it down to rebuild, then so be it.
Call it a tax, the people are outraged! Call it a tariff, the people get out their checkbooks and wave their American flags!!!

You are willingly assisting the party you know is far worse than the Republicans.

The primaries are where you tell the GOP who and what you will accept.

The general election is where you hold your nose and do what is better than the alternative, if you get a Republican who is not what you want.

One correction: Dachau was the first concentration camp (it opened near Munich in March 1933, weeks after Hitler came to power). It was not an "extermination camp". That was not its main purpose, although thousands did die there over the next dozen years. The Holocaust was primarily conducted at six extermination camps operating mainly for that purpose, all in Poland: Auschwitz, Sobibor, Treblinka, etc.

Yes, she's a local candidate in North Carolina but that does not diminish her significance. The Dems tend to think and act with one mind (disagreement will get one purged, unless you're more radical). And no Dem has publicly criticized her yet. Others have actually said similar things before so it's not really a one off. She's only more publicly explicit with her misanthropic, demonic rhetoric.

100% right. And the same will be true in reverse as long as we remain wildly gerrymandered. The House was specifically designed to allow people to express their will regularly; it is meant to change reps often. We have mucked it up.

Anyone who thinks the Dems will improve the economy is a fool. We have no reason to believe they would do anything to better the economy and many reasons to believe it would be much worse. They want higher taxes, more spending, more regulations, less freedom for us and more control for them (the 2 go together), an open border, amnesty for illegals, an end to deportations, etc. Everything on their agenda would make things worse, especially with so many commies in their party.

I blame most every damn Republican (No longer a viable party) , save a few. The simple fact that they have been absolutely vacant in doing their freaking job.
