Someone remind me how Pennsylvania works. Do they not count mail ballots until after election? In other words does Trump need a big lead tonight and hope to hand on? Or are mail in ballots included in current total?

Ballots can come in by mail until Friday (3 days). NC allows mail ballots arriving 9 days late.

It is my understanding that Belmont County is the Bellwether county for Ohio. Does anyone here have knowledge on this?

If Trump carries Pinellas Co in FL & Belmont Co in Ohio he wins. Whichever say those counties go so goes the election. Happened last time.

Also, just checked market futures. DOW up 1.5%, same for S&P, and Nasdaq is unreal in last minute and hit a circuit breaker and is up 350 points. At 7% futures are completely halted. Tech is way way up along with the dollar. I trade every day and this is unbelievable.
