How can Florida count all their votes within hours but smaller states like PA and others could take days? Our systems needs an overhaul and some consultation on how to count votes.

Dekalb is at 79% now. Gwinnett is wrapped up and Cobb is mostly as well. So Fulton at 72% complete and Dekalb at 79 are the only thing out there for Biden.Jack Bauer said:

On Realclear, the total numbers match, Trump up by 118k votes, but it shows only 4% left in Fulton and 1% in Dekalb. Biden already had over 60k more votes than Clinton in those counties. That makes it seem unlikely for Biden but others above posted like 70% in, and in that case Trump will lose.
Need to figure something out so that once the polls close the state has 24 hrs to declare a winner. Dedicate as many resources as it takes to get the job done! We cannot allow presidential elections to drag on for weeks.
Nevada does not look winnable.
