I have a huge feeling that of the shoe were on the other foot you guys would be milking and enjoying this.

Yet, you consider yourselves fair men/women who want a "fair race".

The race isn't even over yet and you guys are speaking like true losers...The guy can still win, relax

It has been a very strange election. Normally you'd think a President would sweep his parties candidates into office but that hasn't been true in this election.

The House results were a huge surprise.

Texas being heavily run was a surprise.

The turnout for Trump was beyond belief.

Everyone hates to lose. Republicans are now feeling just like Democrats in 2000. It is time to move on. Looking at the popular vote it is a little silly to argue over the current ballots at the heart of the conspiracy.

Trump ran so much better than expected because a ton of his supporters "hid". In our neighborhood here in Houston you rarely saw Trump signs but you saw tons of other Republican candidates signs.

I predict you will be saying President Harris before 2024

I've already accepted Trump will end up losing.

There needs to be very serious updates in the tally of mail in ballots.

They need to be verified. Meaning legal voter, legal signature, etc. The tally of mail in ballots also need to be observed by trained impartial poll watchers.

There needs to be uniform rules and vote tally methods for General elections for all states, even though it is handled by individual states.

The overwhelming likelihood is:

1) Republicans maintain majority in the Senate
2) Democrats maintain majority in the House but lose seats to GOP
3) Democrats win the White House

It's not terrible for either party

For the really oldtimers around here, do you get the feeling the vote count is being run by the UALR clock operator during the 1987 NIT?

I see this in the Senate: 48-48 per NYT (assuming MI stays Dem)
1) Alaska- should be GOP, not sure why not called
2) NC - GOP with a narrow lead, ballot counting on hold
3) GA - Perdue looking to a runoff
4) GA - Loeffler looking to a runoff

I could see about a $1B poured into the 2 GA runoff elections in January.

Current (2018) House is
Dems: 235
GOP: 199

Another thing, I literally hate racial stereotyping, people should be able to think however they wish no matter their race, and vote for whom they wish and not be called a racial trope if they don't "fall in line" Hispanics often have been the subject of stereotyping.

The 4 southern most border counties which are virtually all Hispanic in population, has these voter results.

Zapata 53% Trump
Starr 47% Trump
Hidalgo 41% Trump
Cameron 43% Trump

Where are you going to find people who fit that description?

There is nothing inherently wrong with mail-in ballots. There hasn't been massive, if any, fraud. But I support changes necessary to give everyone assurance that this is done fairly.

The problem is that it is almost impossible to satisfy the crazies; they come up with off the wall stuff and seize on every slight error as evidence of massive conspiracies.

I suppose to be totally upfront, a democrat watcher in a republican precinct and a republican watcher in a democrat precinct. It wouldn't be that difficult to do.

That is why the polls were so wrong. Somebody should start a thread with a list of all the ways you can rig an election. If not, I will do it.

Start with the obvious:
1. Ballot harvesting
2. Allowing votes NOT postmarked.
3. Allowing ballot drop off like fast food.
4. Disinformation campaign by MSM
5. Claim a landslide victory for voter suppression
6. Call states before polls are closed.
7. Create a blue by blue state collusion kabal.
8. Mail ballots without the recipient asking for it aka mass mail out like coupons!
9. Throw your opponents ballots in the file 13.
10. Never allow observers.

It was 93K last night, I think that is the batch of votes they are talking about.

So if Trump is getting 58% of the remaining 500,000 votes he gains 80K, and he ends up winning by 12K votes.

Shame those 150,000 ballots from heavily blue-leaning areas of GA got delivered late and thus disqualified by the USPS, or it wouldn't be close.

The difference is that recounts in Az. and Ga. might actually be meaningful.

Recounts seek basically tabulation errors; they don't review whether the ballot was appropriately cast.. So they don't move the needle much. But if either state is down to a difference of a few thousand votes, it won't take much needle moving to change the outcome.
