All but 2 blue counties say 99% or more and those 2 are smaller.
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said on Thursday that as of 5:35 p.m. local time approximately 36,331 ballots are still outstanding.

I think Joe HAS to be a uniter over the next 4 years. He has to show that there's a better way to speak to the public, conduct himself, etc, and hopefully that is enough to encourage republicans to nominate a decent non-Trump candidate.

As much as I struggle to say it, I don't hate Trump. It was tongue in cheek to say that I hope he hides in a hole. Truly, I hope he finds peace in his post-presidential career. But what I DO hate are his lies and dangerous words. I hope he can find God and repent of that.

This is definitely the expectation. News channels don't understand when making predictions. I heard CNN talking about Maricopa County being a blue county and how new counts should go to Biden to follow the Maricopa County trend.
The issue is that Maricopa County is HUGE. It's the entire Phoenix Metropolitan Area, which itself is the majority of Arizona population. It's not like Penn and the midwestern states being discussed that have a whole bunch of counties and multiple counties touching metro areas.
So the vote counts depend on which precincts are being counted. County has no relevancy.
