I know of on the Tapatalk app on my iPhone, it notified me or someone who quoted one of my posts. But I never got notifications outside of Tapatalk. But that could have been due to some setting I didn't have selected.

Agreed. And not having the "Assassin said" in my edit box when quoting you could throw me off when I have multiple quotes going on in my post. It only shows up after I submit the post.

Are you able to click here? Dark gray means there are new posts, blue means someone replied to you directly, green means mods have posted. It takes me to first unread post.

Thank you trumpetbear for your help. It's clear this thread is confusing since the Premium and Free member experience is so different. Free members don't see any of the action going on as far as colored post number icons, or a "1" box next to that "49" box, etc.

On the right side of the topic hover over "Last: 8h" and the tooltip will tel you who the last poster was. Clicking that link will take you to last post.




On mobile it is listed on the gray bar underneath the topic. You can click that gray bar to go to the last post.

Jason, what about the image galleries that were hosted on BF? There were some great photos there and organized by year/game. Would hate for those to be lost. And I would just ask Dougo for them but let's be honest, I try to avoid him if I can

I haven't read this thread, so apologies if this has already been mentioned. But is there any way we can make it so that we can use accents on letters?

For instance, if I type in the city of Nurnberg with the proper accent over the u, it appears as Nrnberg.

Or if I type the word resume with the proper accents over each E, it appears as rsum.

so I know the site has the white circle with the letter next to each poster's name that indicates post count but is there a way to change it as a number instead of a letter?

Can we select a default font color for the website? This damn near opaque gray crap is damn near opaque gray crap. A simple black would be nice and sharp.

Add the hyper link to each players profile on baylorbears.com if available

Also add the height and weight of the recruits, that's usually shown on the various recruiting sites (247, ESPN, etc)

Thanks Jason, all is appreciated. 2 other things that come quickly to mind that I had grown accustomed to seeing on the old website were 1) Under each forum listing (Football, Basketball etc..) the last thread posted in would be displayed. 2) Hovering over a thread title would give a short preview of the first post in that thread.

Also would be nice to see who gave a post a blue star, much like you can see who "liked" a post on FB.

Also, as noted above. Last X amount of new posts across all forums. Will give more traffic to the less traveled forums plus take the reader out of thier posting 'comfort zone'... would venture to say that most stay in Football and rarely go elsewhere.

A sub of that - on their Settings page. On their "new posts" link (when clicked) 'dont show New posts from - (with radio buttons taking that section out of New posts). For instance, a lot of folks dont want to read any of the R&P section - we hear that stuff throughout the day and night.

Submitted a mod for premium members to be able to upload pics within posts the other day. Hopefully the f5 team will get this going.
