Following Big 12 Media Days — the first one I couldn’t attend in years as I spent yesterday throwing up 15 times — Here are my preseason Big 12 power rankings: 

1) Kansas

So much offensive talent. With Arterio Morris gone, their depth will be tested. 

2) Baylor

Moving up my list. Still some burden of proof needed defensively after last season. 

3) Houston

Kelvin Sampson will face a tougher task in a better league. But the roster remains elite.
