It was an awful snap that wouldn't have been a shotgun snap if Sawyer had been under the center, so YES it most definitely had to do with an awful call too.

The only silver lining of that ridiculous call is that those are the kinds of decisions that will keep Spavital from getting a HC call this spring. Another year of success and the calls will come in, but I think still a year away.
