I love how people get upset that I call out our very handsomely paid defensive guru of a coach for laying yet another egg, but people are allowed to express their happiness with our opponent's players getting hurt to thunderous applause. Good job "Christian" school

Yep...down 17 and 14 points have come from the flukey INT and the kick return.

Of course...without the kick return there was probably a good chance LSU would drive for touchdown anyway. I guess at least the quick score on the kick return gave us a chance to come back and get more points before half.

We have over 270 yards in two quarters. It's really frustrating to be down three scores at halftime when you've moved the ball that well.

With 59 seconds left on 2nd and 10 we complete a 6 yard pass to set up a 3rd and 4. We have all three time outs remaining. Isn't that the perfect spot to burn one of them?

We ended up letting 17 seconds go off the clock before we snapped it. I would have liked to see what we could've done with those extra 17 seconds as we were getting down toward the goal line.

Then insult to injury we ended up heading to the locker room still having a timeout in our back pocket.

Definitely. Sawyer has missed three TD throws. He was lucky Ketron saved him on the second TD drive.

I wondered the same thing. There was no reason to let the clock roll there.

Our special teams have actually been really good for most of this season. Our struggles with kickoffs and kickoff/punt coverage today are really uncharacteristic of this particular team.

In fairness, though, they dropped at least one touchdown pass before the blocked FG and dropped a second pick-six right before halftime.

They have some decent skill guys as I said. They aren't that good. They're a decent football team with some good talent. Nothing special
