Baylor (8-4) is slated to face the LSU Tigers (8-4) in the Texas Bowl to close out the 2024 season. Kickoff is set for Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. CT at NRG Stadium in Houston.

Yep...losing a competitive game would've been understandable. Getting boat raced and the game potentially being over before the second half is a killer.
The frustrating part is usually when you have this conversation, it's about being dominated up front. That's not happening on either side of the ball today. We've just made too many mistakes offensively and can't cover on defense.

Yep... with what our defense is doing today (or isn't doing) it probably isn't gonna even matter… But it's certainly impossible if we're relying on Pendergrass as RB1. He is tough and gets extrayards sometimes… But he's not gonna be a home run threat like Washington.

I had a short lived optimistic hope for next year with the Portal pickups. Now, reality sets in… why did these guys pick Baylor? What's wrong with them? All the **** and they couldn't make it on real teams. Now they're coming to Baylor. Something just smells. We are a G5 program top to bottom. 2025 has the same feeling this year started with.

That game ended with us losing 26-14. We were clearly dominated…but the score looked respectable.

It feels like this one is going to turn into a laugher.

You need these games to see where the bar is and where the improvement is needed. Our Secondary can't run with these guys. Going to be a long night, unless someone can get a good hit on that QB.

And there's the fact that the 19' Ga team was miles better than this Lsu team. This is a ridiculous performance

Whoever coaches the safeties and corners (Powledge and I don't remember the other dude) shouldn't be coaching the safeties and corners next year.


I know some think the opposite but if Aranda has a real flaw to complain about he is too loyal for too long to some on his staff. Grimes and a couple other offense staff members for example should have bee released a year before they were.

It is lopsided but it is because of the secondary. That is what is weak and causing the game to look this way.
