Powledge sucks. No way he should be a DC or even assistant DC.

I can't possibly see us winning if Bryson is out for the game.

It's going to be a runaway beat down. SEC punishes a G5 team that had a season comeback against the weakest "P4" conference.
Some of these players are so bad that even if you try to develop them or coach them, they won't be able to perform.Daveisabovereproach said:Doc Holliday said:He just doesn't have enough talented players...which is actually his fault.Daveisabovereproach said:
Everyone is saying this player or that player, but Dave was supposed to be a defensive guru. I know that my criticism of Dave is hurting some people's feelings, but it's just the truth of the matter. He needs to hire a legit defensive mind and just stick to a big picture CEO role moving forward, because this type of defensive performance is all too common
That's part of the problem, but we have lost multiple games under his tenure due to last second Hail Mary's just as a for instance. It goes beyond talent issues, jmho

Their QB is 14 of 17
Whoever coaches the safeties and corners (Powledge and I don't remember the other dude) shouldn't be coaching the safeties and corners next year.Quinton said:
Need a ton of CB help as we said earlier. It isn't just the safeties. One of the worst secondaries in all of P4. Terrible recruiting and development

This is a deflating performance. It shows how far we still have to go talent-wise.

Good thing we are a Baptist school.. cause we are going to need a MIRACLE to even get close to a tie.
There better be some kind of amazing 2nd half adjustment

Does anyone on the defense watch film?
In the era of NIL, I'd expect players to be better prepared.
It's obvious that no one is able to anticipate any of LSU's passing plays.

Again, to say that it's merely a talent issue is a total cope. It's a dave issue
