Live by the 3 die by it. Guys standing around on the perimeter combined with a 4/5 who can't score at all = bad offense

Pretty sure we've got one already (Dainja) - he was just not available this year and it may be the biggest thing that keeps us from going to the final four.

That 19-5 run included 4:30 scoring drought. Can't afford another one of those. Rebounding is 17-15, but it doesn't seem like that -- they seem to be winning every 50-50 rebound, and not missing any shots in the paint.

It isn't a heart issue it is a brain issue. Nova took away our favorite shots and instead of adjusting we are forcing stuff. Same thing that OSU did in B12 Tourney.

Answer: Run different sets. Drive to contact.

Thought about the 3 point shooting

We were 0 for our first 8, finished 2 for 12 in the first half.

That means we were 2 for our last 4 shots from 3.

So shoot 50% from 3 the rest of the way and we're good.

Nah but Vanilla is a homer, you can't point anything out that he may perceive as negative. The fact is Butlers 4-18 from 3 this tourney. And today he looks completely checked out. Anybody watching can see that.. except him apparently

My memory of our last game in the big 12 tournament that we lost to OSU was that he wasn't worth a crap in that one either from three. Unless something changes big-time in the second half of this game, he's going to finish the season hurting his team more than helping it from beyond the arc in his last four games straight.

Non pu dribblare in attacco. Deve penetrare e prendere colpi di gamma media. Try say no dribble. Take ball to lane. 10-12' shots make. After go outside. Still there to win.

What? You guys are clueless. He's being guarded by guys who are bigger than him, and will cheat off their assignments to help on any drive.

Butler is taking mostly good shots. He's playing his heart out. Get out if you think this team has quit.

This has turned out to be a difficult matchip for us. They are able to tightly contest almost all our 3s, and they alter every paint shot. There are answers, will Drew adjust, and will our players leave it all on the court? We will see.

We are getting some really good looks at 3....just not making them. Either we heat up in the second half or head home.

I think the team needs to dribble more. There's not enough dribbling. It's my favorite part of the game to watch. I'm just into dribbling, I could do without the rest.
