Shades of TCU last year. We get all giddy because a starter is scratched and the new dude tears us up. Its freaking D1 football! The backup players usually aren't total crap ... and possibly more hungry.

To be fair, after the Baylor game, the TCU quarterback was pretty terrible.

shapen decision making veryyyyy questionable if first read not there. not sure if it's his lack of experience or byu coverage just that good...but it's a bit reminiscent of bohanon's deer in the headlight moments.
