I don't want anyone "bigger". Jeff Traylor has been a winner everywhere he's been. At Gilmer he was 175-26 with three state champs. 46-20 at UTSA who doesn't have the near the money or facilities their conference opponents have. He's also well known by every Texas HS coach. And I promise the team will be motivated every week and won't have the slow starts we've had the last 4 years.

He's the answer.

This team -- like most of Dave Aranda's teams -- plays with no urgency until it's down two scores. When it has a chance to grab the lead/momentum, it looks lost.

You can't play from behind at all times and expect to win with any consistency.

I remember reading back in the 22 and 23 debacles that there was a huge buy out that deescalated by year . We have to be in a better position right now regarding that.
