LOL, I was thinking right before this play that 4th down is the one time it is okay to stick the ball out ahead of you when you are going down, especially 4th and goal.

no. clearly had possession in one hand and stretched it across the goal line. The front tip of the football only has to cross the front part of the white goal line..anything that happens after that doesn't matter.
