CINCINNATI, Ohio – Dave Aranda and the Baylor Bears (4-3, 2-2) are hitting the road for an away matchup against the No. 21 Cincinnati Bearcats (6-1, 4-0). Kickoff is slated for 3 p.m. CT on Saturday, Oct. 25, at Nippert Stadium. The game will be televised on ESPN2.

How many on our Defense would start on any other team in the Big 12? Really. On another note, I very rarely drink but started g&t #1 about 1 minute after kickoff. I'll stop now but the edge is now off.

Looks like we are going to need to use this thread to discuss other coaches we probably won't get but wish we could who can actually recruit on defense. Injuries are not a justification for a defense this bad. And besides, effective coaches have contingency plans when faced with. Injury. This one doesn't.

Injuries are also not an excuse to explain a defense that week-after-week looks like the least physically strong defense in the Big 12, bar maybe Ok State. Even mid size back runs directly over our defensive linemen, linebackers and DBs. I still wonder if we have a strength and conditioning program.

The fact Aranda can't recruit better than this on the DL is problematic. We are getting blown 3 to 4 yards off the ball. The DL is not FBS material. More line upper FCS. Pathetic.
