These have been my thoughts for two years. As a coach why wouldnuoubsoend money on an unproven HS kid when you can bet a more known player who is more mature from the portal.

If congress does not address the eligibility issue, we are going to have "career" college football and basketball players. Legally NCAA can't do anything about the age of an employee. I believe labor laws specifically address age discrimination. There is no age on how old you are to attend college.

We are going to have 30 year old players with 10 years college football experience.

Aranda is terrible at game planning. I think he can make adjustments during the game to cou ter the other team a game plan, half time adjustments are usually okay.
I think he can evaluate talent, I do not he can develop talent.

He is a poor head coach.

If what I'm reading is true regarding the Miami situation, we need to be signing dudes to 2 year deals with big buyout clauses.

All we are doing is square pegging a round hole like what Mack has done with Aranda.

He isn't capable of adjusting his one nut, let alone a football team

I beg to differ his in game and half time adjustments generally are pretty good.

We are just usually so far behind after a terrible 1st half.

Give him time to see what the offense is doing and he can scheme against it. He just can't start the game well.

I think this is when Baylor and schools like us should hit the off ramp. I love college football…but it's just getting ridiculous how much is being spent.

Schools are going from 85 to up to 105 scholarships this year. Many of his bullet points get eaten up in this expansion this year.

Yes if you look at the results and how are games flow, we suck when we come, get behind, coaches make adjustments and we play better, then usually close the gap quite a bit.

In game and half-time adjustments.

The rest of requirements for head coaching he sucks at.
