You clearly don't watch professional basketball if you are not certain that Lebron is at the very least one of the best two basketball players on the planet. Either that or you wanted to be contrarian at the beginning of Lebron's career and you're still riding with a silly vendetta against the guy.

Luka is probably my favorite player in the league right now, but to say he's top 5 (or even top 25) is atrocious. He's got a long way to go, but luckily he's got a long time for it.

Kawhi is a great player, but he shoashell isn't above Harden, Curry, or Embiid right now.

Why are we so quick to forget the sheer tenacity of playoff Lebron? He takes over games and will run through a confused western conference come April. I expect some shuffling out of LA before the trade deadline, too.

thanks Roughneck, I haven't watched much NBA until this year but I'm a quick learner and I tell things how it is. Anyone that watches the Mavs sees a lot of similarities with the Celtics in the great attention to detail to build a well rounded team that will contending for championships for many years to come.

You bring up an interesting point about scheduling. Those first 27 games were cupcake city. Four straight road games await them. I see 2-6 or 1-7 in their near future will put them where they belong on the Western conference playoff bubble behind teams like Utah and Houston. I don't think anyone in their right mind actually believes the Lakers are better than Houston, Sacramento, San Antonio, Minnesota or Utah. Fortunes change fast in this league.

Benoit Benjamin was a legend. The former Blue Jay from the same hometown as LaceDarius Dunn was a maestro of the hardwoods for sure. 254 is probably too young to know anything about him. I would aspire for someone more current for LeBron to surpass in that category like Larry Nance Jr.
