Unfortunately, we have no reason to believe she will be freed any time soon. I really do hope somebody finds a way to make it happen soon but that would require brave leadership with real intelligence. Those qualities are mostly absent from our leaders.

In my opinion, Britney is being unlawfully detained as a political prisoner.

That said, I cannot think of a time I have ever seen someone who was a prisoner or under arrest being transported somewhere without handcuffs, regardless of what the specific charge was. If they're keeping her cuffed while alone in her cell, that's another story, but I think having them on while being escorted to or from hearings and meetings is pretty standard.

Haven't heard that one before. Makes sense: Putin is former KGB & he's trying to resurrect the old Soviet empire. He'll probably get what he wants since sleepy Joe is so incompetent & has always been a foreign policy disaster.

At least that means Britney will return but it may take awhile.

You really don't have to make it about US politics. It is an international political issue. At least our current President isn't taking Putin's word for everything. (Helsinki July 2018)
