Winning final scores the last several years have been around the mid -20s.....so not hard to go low here.

Using 3 courses this week; of the best 36 scores today the Nicklaus Tourney course had 18, LaQuinta CC had 11, while the Stadium Course (where Jimmy played) only had 7. Hopefully this unscientific data means that Jimmy got the "hard" course out of the way and its nothing but a birdie-fest on Fri & Sat.

Jimmy plays LaQuinta Friday and Nicklaus Tourney on Sat.

Farmers Insurance Open this week at Torrey Pines in San Diego. Jimmy plays the North course Thurs and the South course Friday. Those who make the cut will play both weekend rounds on the South course (which is usually about 3-4 shots "harder" than the North).

Oof. Jimmy bogies the last two to finish at -2 for the day and -3 for the tourney. Tie for 35 right now. Still a really solid score on the tough course, but he let a great round get away.

Well.... Palmer bogeyed the last hole to finish with a round of -10.... He is now watching the tournament at -10.

The projected cut right now is -1.... So looks like Jimmy will be playing this weekend
