Its been a struggle so far today for Jimmy; 4 bogeys offset by just 2 birdies on the front nine had Jimmy +2 at the turn. He started the back nine with a bogey on 10 so he's now +3 and T50th with just the morning wave on the course. The leader is -5

Play suspended for the day with about half the field still just on their 1st nine. Jimmy will have a lot of work to do once round 2 starts tomorrow (just to make the cut).

Scores have not been great so far today. Round 1 is now over and round 2 has started.

The projected cut line was +1....but has now moved to +2.

Jimmy is sitting at +2 and tees off at 4:41. He may come close to finishing his round today. There will be a lot having to finish round 2 tomorrow morning.

Jimmy started on the back nine today and after a bogey on his 2nd hole he caught fire in the middle of the nine (birdie - birdie - eagle); He's -3 thru 7 holes on the day; -1 overall (T32nd). The cut is currently +2

A couple of birdies on the way in and he would be in great shape.

He's now -1 and T29. Another birdie would get him to T18.

Would be great if he could squeak out a Top 25.

He is a man on fire today

Finished his front nine at -5 and -4 for the tourney and T10.

This is the best he has looked in a long time. Hopefully he can gain some momentum from this for the rest of the season.
