Really solid tourney overall for Jimmy, that 3rd round 77 just killed him though. Throw that big number out and he's top 20. Hopefully he'll take the good momentum he found this week and start a streak of good finishes.

Jimmy eventually got to +2....but then birdied 2 of his last 4 holes to end at even. Right now that is good enough for T25th.

There has not been much movement at all so far at the top of the leaderboard other than a few people sliding backwards.
I think if Jimmy could manage somewhere around -3 to -4 today he will find himself in a decent spot.

Sadly i'm still at the point of wanting him to just make the cut; which is +1 right now so as long as he shoots even again today he should be good. I'll worry about Jimmy climbing the leader board on the weekend.
Not much movement at all as the AM guys are beginning wrap up. Tringale is the one with the Valero cheat codes today. He's got it at -10 through 12. The closest guys behind him are at -6 and a group at -5.

3 bogeys and no birdies has Jimmy +3 thru 15 holes, one shot on the bad side of the cut. As of this typing he's got a 16 foot birdie putt on #16. After that he's got a 330 yd driveable par 4 and a par 5 to finish at #18. He needs to go -1 on the last 3 to make the cut.
