No kdding. Trump sitting in a nest of liberal vipers, clearly telling them what needs to be done, how to do it, when to do it and what the Feds will help with and not help with. As for Newsome being by himself, he did not know what to expect. He didn't want ANY witnesses to a berating by the President. I thought well played by Trump, he came across Presidential and will exact what he wants after recovery is underway. Well, done.
