Whether or not drug smuggling is an attack is still under debate, but I do get the feeling that it will be resolved sooner rather than later if Trump invades. He will have to go to Congress to invade Venezuela. No way they are invading a Western Hemisphere nation without Congressional approval. It would create a situation similar to Grenada. Spent a decade at sea but not much on Maritime Law. Our biggest event was when this guy murdered his newlywed wife by throwing her off the top deck.
