Lol. I find it funny how the guy in red that started it all by sticking the megaphone inches away from the other guys ear (which can damage the ear/hearing) walks up all mad like he has been wronged, throwing his umbrella and gloves down just to fold like a lawn chair.

Why would you do something like that if you weren't getting paid for it?

The hilarious thing is how the original harasser decides he wants more hurt from the flag carrier, and he gets it. The left in microcosm. The flag carrier actually shows remarkable restraint, until he doesn't.

Now being reported that at least 31 members of the CUBAN military were killed during the US attack in VENEZUELA.

Apparently they were maning anti aircraft weapons.

Another piece of the puzzle now comes into place.

Got to put our special forces on key points in country......within 2-5 days at the latest.

Otherwise Cuba is going to complicate matters even further.

Cuba is not in position to complicate anything. They are all of a sudden kinda idolated. Cuba got their oil from Venezuela. Iran will be no help whatsoever. Russia is rather heavily engaged. China can toss money at them, but where will Cuba get its oil (at the kind of discounted pricing it got from Venezuela)? And, of course, Cuba is loaded up with all kinds of military hardware that doesn't work very well. Not predicting collapse of the Cuban regime, but it's position just got a lot more complicated.

Just another collateral benefit of taking out Maduro......

Make Cuba Great Again just around the corner. In a few years it will be a great stop for cruise ships.

A new paradigm may be developing here. The Trump paradigm. Let economic development rebuild a country, not whatever the heck we tried to do in Iraq.

Trump will put America first!
Trump won't get us into wars!
Trump won't nation build!

.... 11 months later

Trump is going to make cruising around Central America great!
Trump is going to take whatever military action he likes!
Trump is going to rebuild Venezuela, Cuba, Columbia, actually the list is ongoing!

That is a fair criticism. I would prefer the victories come from domestic wins like the SAVE act.

We will see what happens ultimately but if we get a friendly regime in Ven, Trump would have pulled off regime change on the cheap. Rebuilding costs will be shouldered by industry, not the taxpayer.

I am not automatically opposed to what happened in Venezuela. It's the running the country talk that I oppose. But ousting a dictator, opening up oil infrastructure that was basically stolen from Americans, letting Venezuela hold a fair election? Totally for it. And sure, run the country until they hold the election.

But do this in Cuba? Columbia? Where does it end? W time in Venezuela makes sense. Maybe even in Cuba. But then return power to the people. And dont keep going until we control tge Hemisphere. That is plain crazy.

Right now I think Trump is trying to push his advantage and take advantage of the uncertainty that other nation's leaders may have in him.

How many times do realtors ask some idiotic price as a starting point so they can then negotiate down to a point that is north of what the market had been. Thats his background.

I think he's expecting Cuba, Columbia and Denmark to be a bit nervous about playing hardball.

The US doesn't need Greenland but having a
L O N G T E R M agreement with multiple naval and air basses there would be a great thing

Where would you draw the line? Say he invades Greenland, flies their government to the United States, and moves our military in. Is that too far?

Yes, that's way too far. Maybe the furthest ever.

They're a fellow NATO member. You work out a deal that provides the US a naval base and multiple airbases there.

I agree. I just want Trump supporters to have some sort of moral line in the sand. He has already pushed his power way more than any other President.

And thank God for that. We got the pansy arses out of the White House and found a POTUS with some cahones.

You going to feel that way when the Dems get power back?

Hoping that we get everything fix and they dont come back in power for a loooooong time

You know that is not how it works. What is the longest run by a Party since WW2?
12 years with Reagan/Bush? One run from Eisenhower to Trump 2?

There are a lot of variables, including control of Congress under various Presidents. Where foreign policy is concerned, I'd just like to get back to the days when everyone in the US government, regardless of party, considered Moscow, Beijing and Teheran to be enemies or at least don't trust them in trade deals and treaties.

Know our enemies and make sure we are united against them. No more Bushes, Clintons, Bidens or their clones.

I'd like to get back to the Reagan days of "trust, but verify." I don't think you'd like them. It was the Bushes, Clintons, and Bidens who brought in your preferred policy of enmity.

No, that's not it. I can see why you would think that, given your visceral displeasure at Trump's two election wins, but you were out of the normal loop all during the Biden years, Sam.

Maybe you didn't notice.
