It will be interesting to watch Liberty. They are getting a lot of criticism in the non profit world because they are operating their campus as non profit but using their online operations which is similar to for profit colleges to fund everything. They are making a mint on the 75,000 plus online students that they have.
I would think regulators will have them in the crosshairs especially the more he vocally supports right wing political candidates. As we all know, regulators in education lean left.

If only we had hired Liberty to do our investigations - they were able to clear Ian of anything in about an hour and a half in 2016 when they hired him.
Liberty is not even a real school. It's the PTL Club with an athletic department. That gets passed on in the will upon the death of the previous owner like North Korea. The BOR at Liberty makes Baylor's BoR look like the BOR of the University of Texas system. And I'm not tying to compliment the 2 real Regents we have. I'm just saying Liberty's is a bigger farce.

Is Liberty online proficiency based classes? That would be the more controversial element to me.
