Jefferson, Galveston and Nueces used to be the most reliable midsize blue counties in the state. All went for Trump.

Cubans in FL, Mexicans in south TX...it's why I'm surprised Trump didn't pick up more Hispanics in AZ.

Recapping:

For Joe Biden to become President he must:

(1) Hold Nevada (pretty likely);
(2) Win Michigan and Wisconsin (Pretty likely)
(3) Win Az., Pa., Ga. or N.Car. (less likely individually but even money he gets at least one of the four. Note if it is Penn, he no longer need Nevada)
(4) Withstand the legal challenge to those results (not likely)

Not a bad recap. Still a ton of balls up in the air.

My gut says Trump wins NC, GA, PA; my gut says Biden holds Nevada and wins MI and WI. All 6 of those will be very close. Biden may win Nevada by about the population of Lorena (crazy to think about). I think it comes down to AZ which will be very close. Then, we get into the recounts and legal wrangling, and i think we will get into the legal wrangling. God only knows what happens then.

At the end of it, based on what's happened in the House (Dem majority but not super majority) and Senate (likely Republican majority) races, plus the Supreme Court makeup, we are probably looking at stagnated / quagmire government no matter what. I view that as good news.

those elevated poll numbers are a great way to suppress fundraising, and also a great way to make a couple of hundred thousands of illegal ballots seem like they belong.

Yeah, that's pretty obvious reading this board. :-)

The MSM dictates the voting we do. They declare the winner. The way the MSM has behaved towards Trump leaves valid reason to suspect foul play.

Yep, no updates since last night.

No updates in NV either.

But there are certainly more voted to be counted in both states.

You should have votes counted by election night
That's literally never how it has worked.
But it probably is how it should work, the exception being Americans living abroad whose vote should certainly count regardless of how long it takes the APO system to deliver it. For everyone else there is no reason we shouldnt simply have voting week with one day being a national holiday so everyone who wants to has the opportunity to vote.

There is really no reason we need to count votes for a week or two or three or however long. FFS this is 2020, I can order a package from Amazon and have it to my house, usually the same day if not the next, there is no reason we cant find a way to vote that doesnt incur 2 hour lines and requires 3 days of counting paper ballots.

And yet Trump was the one blocking the early counting of mail in ballots:
https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/522566-trump-campaign-asks-court-to-block-early-vote-counting-in-nevada
I dont care who did it. This is an issue we should all be able to agree upon. Elections dont need to drag out for days. I believe voting should be done in person, with identification and Im not sure why that is so controversial, however, I dont much care what the method it doesnt need to take a month to figure this out. Early voting, vote by mail, in person...whatever, there's just no reason in 2020 this takes so much time and energy.

Im very much over all of the drama and conspiracy theories.
I am all about states rights and each state is allowed to hold elections as they see fit. That being said, I am in full agreement with you regarding ID etc. I say we put ChicFillA in charge of voting in all states.
Anybody but Popeyes, somehow it still takes them 30 minutes to scoop red beans and rice into a styrofoam container.
But it's worth it.

Sounds like a recount will happen in Mich and Wisc but that may not overcome the magic 200,000 and 138,000 ballots found last night , all mail in, something smells. If there legit, so be it, but it smells from here.
It's statistically impossible that they're 100% for Biden.
These weren't state-wide votes, they were from heavily blue populated areas. Also they're not 100% anyone.
Yes they were.

100% of these 128K+ votes were for Biden.

Source?

So tweets from hyper-partisan pseudo-journalists?

Are any legitimate news sources corroborating this report?
You might be confused. This is what news media is reporting which shows 100%.

They've been wrong every step of the way. Either it gets corrected or there's a huge red flag here.

I am confused. I've watched multiple networks on both ends of the political spectrum and heard no mention of this. That would seem odd if this information was verified.

Teams aren't as influenced by the line as voters are by polls. It's a negative talking point that was repeated over and over in tons of races.

Because people exercised their right to vote for 1 of the 2 options you didn't vote for? The moral high road is astounding these days.

Galveston County has been blue for decades. Brooks is a buddy of mine and lives there, like I did. There is no moral high road in the comment, just astonishment of the shift there.

I am not worried. Guiliani and his hit men will tear this s-h-i-t wide open. Every LEGAL vote should be counted. What is legal? This is going to SCOTUS. Trump is never going to leave the WH until solved. We are in for a constitutional crisis, but Trump has nothing to lose at this point.

There are ballots showing up all over the place. Ballot counters pulling them out of their underwear. CNN, MSNBC dropping em off. You guys know I predicted this. You had to know Trump had this in the bag and when they saw it they were hell bound for leather to take it from him.

Markets are loving what they perceive as divided govt.

TRUMP NEEDS TO GO ALL OUT TO THE PUBLIC AND EXPLAIN ALONG WITH THIS HENCHMEN HOW THIS HAPPENED. This smells like not Russian intervention, but Deep State intervention. NO WAY IN HELL TRUMP IS LEAVING THE WH. Nobody hates losing more than him and I don't blame him. And when the election is reversed to Trump get ready for Mr. Antifa.

D's figured out exactly how many votes they needed and then make up for it AFTER the f'ing election. We have never had an election in which ballots are counted AFTER election day except for Bush Gore but that was not ballots arriving late rather they were ballots ALREADY received but needed to deciphered as to the intent of the voter and this ended up with SCOTUS and this will to.

SCOTUS = 5-1/2 Conservative, 3-1/2 Libs. Roberts is a split personality.
