The only real chance Trump has is this.

Arizona flips, it will.

Georgia military ballots flip it back to Trump, don't know about that.

Legal action in Penn. where late mail in ballots were allowed, when the PA Supreme Court ruled late ballots, those received after 8pm election day are accepted, when the Legislature had ruled the deadline is 8pm election day.

The Supreme Court whimped out not ruling on that before the election.

The later is what it should be.

Certainly some of the ballots may be questionable in PA.


In the end I don't think it will matter.

But, Pelosi's shenanigans are also unneeded. Let the recounts, lawsuits, etc. run their course, then proclaim Biden wins.

I don't see how Trump wins at this point. But I also don't see him conceding anytime soon. If it's not resolved by Jan 20 we have problems.

There is no one in politics...on either side of the aisle ...who is unaware of the voting irregularities in Detroit and Philadelphia.

Been going on for decades ....especially in Philadelphia.

If no institution has been able to muster up the courage to stop such fraud in the past....it's highly unlikely to do so now .

This is what they all do. The very thing they did they accuse R's for it . This has been going on for 4 yrs and someone or some group knows what happened. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the Clintons were the puppeteers in all this. It had to come from somewhere. They weaponized everything so why not the virus to allow mail ins. Steve Schmidt ran McCain's campaign which probably had one of the worst turnout for minorities in modern history. So excuse me if I don't feel like being lectured by this limp ****.

It will be resolved at least by the end of November.

Not sure how long it takes to recount 7,000,000 votes.

The PA thing should go to the Supreme Court, I'm sure they will rule the PA courts could amend the actual rules.

Still, there needs to be uniform rules in each state for what is and what is not accepted.

Votes really need to be RECEIVED by election day, because you can manufacture a postmark date.

I guess supposedly it is politicians and party hacks who pay for these polls to know where to place their best bets. I remember Pelosi being very smug just before mid term in 2018 when she retook the House. It was almost as if she knew something none of us did because she was so confident of her return.

We havent seen a single error corrected to favor Biden
That's because it's not in Biden's interest to cast doubt on the process at this point. If he ever wants evidence of petty cheating or glitches, he'll likely find it.

I gave them a mulligan in 2016, but figured they adjusted methodology to include whatever it is they missed last time. Now I'm convinced they are just an extension of the media - another arrow in the left wing quiver to sway public opinion and manufacture expectations. Difficult to believe they were this wrong on accident twice. And no this isn't as innocent as some guy on TV predicting the wrong football score, there are Ivy League PhDs running many of these operations. .

A non Trump campaign suit has been filed in PA... over the 800k inactive voters on the rolls and an additional one for the at least 21k are dead voters still on the rolls. Unclean voter registries are in violation of federal law, it was a requirement of accepting federal money that the states keep their registries clean.

the pollsters I pointed to seemed to have been the closest... again

The big guys are paid to have a specific opinion... Nate uses his to make mony for himself but also to push bets

they should win the case but I dont know what it does for the election as far as redoing it... there was a case where a new election was held when it was shown that the integrity was lost. NC election if I remember...

Didnt matter if the malfeasance was enough to change the outcome, just that it happened got a new election vote

In Michigan: "One mail vendor who regularly contracts with the State of Michigan and specifically Benson, said that it appears that the Secretary nullified all of the voter roll purging under the previous Republican Secretary of State and, instead reverted the the rolls that existed prior to the dead and moved voter purge."

If that is true, that is the same thing they are suing for in PA. Somebody might pick this up too for the same reason.

Elections have never been more important than now since the country is so hotly divided. Election officials are "elected" and that is a problem.

We need to replace one of the useless national holidays with election day holiday.

We need to have some uniform system of checks and balances of ballet security.

The technology is there for Apple or Microsoft to conduct elections in the future.

Dems changed absentee voting rules in certain states per court rulings using Covid as a excuse. This is wrong. Take it to the Supreme court or let each state pick electors in the subject states and the electorial process play out. Media doesnt pick the President or get to declare who won. Media tends to be on the wrong side of issues.
