WACO, Texas – Dave Aranda and the Baylor Bears (3-2, 1-1) are set to face the Kansas State Wildcats (2-3, 0-1) for a Big 12 matchup. Kickoff is slated for 11 a.m. CT on Saturday, Oct. 4, at McLane Stadium in Waco, Texas. The game will be streamed on ESPN+.

K-State's run defense is awful, so I get trying to establish the run. We just got whipped up front on that play. That was an execution issue.

Exactly. Our offense is obviously the strongest part of the team, but we still aren't good enough to execute against anybody with a pulse when everybody in the stadium knows what the play is about to be.

It was/is a sub-mediocre defense in both cases, but I generally agree.

Thats true. And Phil was still getting settled in, as opposed to what should be a mature defense for us at this point.

But watching both teams feels similar...
