Championship Game: Baylor vs. Notre Dame Preview & Game Thread

The reason everyone plays the game arrives Sunday April 7 in Amalie Arena. The Baylor Lady Bears will face the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in a battle between two of the top programs over the past 15 years. Both have two national titles during that time and this will be a game of strength on strength in the paint and perimeter. Baylor is 36-1 and Notre Dame is 35-3 on the season with Baylor having a 28 game winning streak and Notre Dame with a 14 game winning streak on the line.

7-0 scoring run for the Lady Bears to get the double digit lead again, 60-46, with 2:11 to play in the 3rd Quarter. Kalani Brown now has a double-double. Baylor is shooting 59.6% so far.
