Championship Game: Baylor vs. Notre Dame Preview & Game Thread

The reason everyone plays the game arrives Sunday April 7 in Amalie Arena. The Baylor Lady Bears will face the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in a battle between two of the top programs over the past 15 years. Both have two national titles during that time and this will be a game of strength on strength in the paint and perimeter. Baylor is 36-1 and Notre Dame is 35-3 on the season with Baylor having a 28 game winning streak and Notre Dame with a 14 game winning streak on the line.

unfortunately, it's most likely an ACL - lateral knee movement shown during review that is all too common with ACL injury

ND gonna be in attack mode for sure all the way to the end -- doing everything they can to take advantage of Cox being out.

Every single minute we can keep them about 9-11 points back is crucial.

I have been *****ing about this all year. When we have a final possession we start our play at 10 seconds. Too early, we almost always give the opponent a shot that they shouldn't have.

Baylor has a motivation - they have someone who wants this more than anything to win for - ND will attack - Baylor needs to buckle down on defense and execute their offense - time to show them what Baylor has and show EVER person in the national media that they are a complete TEAM!!!
