Championship Game: Baylor vs. Notre Dame Preview & Game Thread

The reason everyone plays the game arrives Sunday April 7 in Amalie Arena. The Baylor Lady Bears will face the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in a battle between two of the top programs over the past 15 years. Both have two national titles during that time and this will be a game of strength on strength in the paint and perimeter. Baylor is 36-1 and Notre Dame is 35-3 on the season with Baylor having a 28 game winning streak and Notre Dame with a 14 game winning streak on the line.

She tried to miss it. It's actually hard for people who are used to making it to miss and still hit the rim. They shoot so many that its muscle memory. What a freakin game!!!!

Shaking. I LOVE THIS TEAM.

On a side note: if you woulda told me we would shoot 29% from the line and get outrebounded, I don't think I would've predicted this. I LOVE THIS TEAM.

Horrible, yes. But for the team's sake, I'd much rather have it happen in the 2nd half of the championship game and not the Elite 8 like the Auburn men
