Can't stand tcu, but the recruiting success has me very curious. I know the coach is know as a good recruiter, maybe had relationships established with some players from before tcu…no idea. I'm sure NIL is involved but I wouldn't think is the primary driver…again, who knows. Is it tcu is the new shiny program?
We have a successful coach and program with brand new facilities…all should be worth something. Gotta believe CNC (and staff) are good recruiters…Nicki is personable and loved by her players. So many factors are always in play…Just curious to me

I know Campbell had prior relationships with both HVL and Prince
Not saying they didn't get $$$…but the relationships were established.

Prince came from OR when Campbell hired, so not sure she cost that much. HVL already had her endorsement NIL, I read on here about $700K. I'm sure tcu gave her a bag of $ though.

TCU hired a very good coach who is also an excellent recruiter. Players want to play for him. TCU apparently has unlimited $$$ as well. Plus getting to Elite 8 is a huge accomplishment and drawing card for good players. CNC will have Baylor there too. Excited for next season!

Nicki has done very well and she is not finished in portal. She got Taliah Scott who was ranked by most sources as a top 3 player in portal when Nicki got her. Taliah had strong interest from LSU and SC. I would say that is pretty darn good. Yes TCU has done well but so have we!!!

While every coach is subject to legitimate criticism and not above questioning, electing to do so about this year's Portal Adds when it is still early in the process and CNC has already acquired both a Top Ten talent and a Top Twenty value buy seems REALLY weird.

If she strikes out altogether on post players and misses on a wing shooter, OK…..flame on. But that judgment is likely 4-7 weeks away. At this point, the progress to date is much closer to an A grade than an F grade.

Have seen rumors about Baylor and Sa Mya Smith. Not sure about that but I definitely think she would be good. She played very well for LSU this past season.

Yeah I'm not seeing much on her either. Looks like someone who's probably going to back up Bella and then have a chance to start once Bella leaves. I really hope there's something to that Yuting Deng picture though…she has a ton of eligibility left and her 3 ball is insane

Yes I think she and Pemberton will be solid bench players. Really do not see either starting next season. We really need a starting post and that is very difficult to get without a huge bag of money……..
