Since the Border, I can't think of anything he has done that positive or documentable. He is sending out EO's only saying the "Great", "Fantastc", "Never seen anything like this" with no documentation. Even DOGE, nothing is documentable besides destroying a lot of people's lives. Those I know, I know some first hand. He has destroyed people's retirements with glee. Hard to respect or like that.

The jobs report was up for March, so maybe that is something. But, before cheerleading, I like to see some data backing what is being said.

I don't think there are any savings. My guess is that when they went into the accounting, it was all accounted for. Anyone here ever been through a Fed project audit? It is more thorough than any private sector audit.

Trump, Biden, Obama and Congress all spent us into this mess. Trump is trying to blame it on people that did nothing but their jobs. The current financial mess is more Trump's fault than anyone laid off from the Fed.

Who do you think hires Deloitte? We use them, they are a massive Government based company. Very good company, I love working with them. Of the Beltway Boys, they are among the better ones.

No one is arguing with you that the problem should be fixed or even that what he is doing is wrong.

It is the way he is doing it. You honestly can see no issues here? I will give you a list to pick from:

1 - Putting Musk in charge of DOGE.
2 - Firing people by probationary position, no thought to merit. (In the Govt, really anywhere, you are on probation when promoted). He fired some of the best the Govt had working for it.
3 - The whole Greenland/Panama Canal crap.
4 - Bitcoin for the US Government to invest, especially since he set up his own bitcoin company with months of taking office.
5 - Wholesale tariffs, look at the math on that board he held up. It does not add up.

7 - Finally, doing ALL at once.
