-Hugh wasn't labeled a rape enabler
-Hugh got a shot at another school prior to his return. Briles hasn't and won't.
-Hugh didn't go back to the same school (Ole MIss). He went to a different one (Auburn).
Baylor would have to write Art a much bigger check to come back than they wrote him to go away. Maybe Art could negotiate a new contract that makes the old non-disclosure clause to go away
